Forever21 does have a plus sized section now. Deb Shop has a plus sized section. New York & Company goes up to size 20 or 22 I believe and their clothes are nice.
Forever21 is the BEST fashionable and affordable clothing store. It has a section called Faith21 in the store, which if for plus size women.
And Torrid is voted for best jeans for a plus size, and the clothes are pretty cute~!
