What are some appropriate clothes for high school track?

I'm a female, in high school, joined track.
The only "athletic" things I really have at home is a pair of shorts, like this one: http://www.local2050.smithfieldfire.com/Pics/Clothing%20Pics/athletic_shorts.jpg
Except longer, and a few large, over-sized tees.

Pictures and stuff would be appreciated…

Dang, I'm not ready for track tomorrow. I have a bunch of work to do…. plus I'm totally out of shape and I'm pretty much going to suffer. Oh well.

Oh, and it IS winter, so any winter-related thing as well would be appreciated.
