Online Business/Work From Home – Serious Answers Only Please?

I would like to work from home for personal reasons as such. next, I don't want any answers about paid surveys, i have been down that road, and it wasn't a nice road. I am not looking to get rich over night or even over time, i just want to have a decent income, i am not afraid of hard work.

Question 1 – has anyone actually ever used these systems, that sites like http://www.trillionbiz.com/ and http://www.mtulyatt.unitedonlinebusiness.com/google ?? if so, is it actually worth it on the money side? Do these systems actually work? Can you offer a reasonable definition of what you actually have to do in order to get paid?

Question 2 – I have looked online and done courses, in order to start my own business, but with honesty i wouldn't know where to start… I was looking more to the side of buying an online ready to go business, in say plus size clothing or something.

I just would like a simple online business or system that i can use to make money, nothing huge, just something enough to cover the everyday life, as i mentioned, no paid survey answers, and i will work hard to get paid, but trying to find something decent seems difficult with the amount of scams getting bigger.
Just want something legal, and legitimate to pay decent.
