Clothing for large busted, but NOT plus sized women…?

I am a large busted young women and it has been very very very difficult for me to find clothing that fits my body. I am a size 14/16 MISSES but have a large bust (bra size is 40DD). I am having trouble finding a coat that fits me correctly because plus size 2-3x coats fit me in the bust area but my body is an xlarge misses.

Any clothing stores out there for large busted YOUNG(21) adults?
